Preparing & marketing your home
Our experienced sales team will help you deal with the paperwork. It’s always a good idea to declutter the place and spruce it up before we take the pictures and prepare the bespoke video that is going to make it sell. At Red Rock Estate Agency all the marketing will be done for you.

Offers and agreeing the sale
Before long, offers will start coming in on your property. We’ll qualify the position of each buyer and help you negotiate the best price before accepting an offer and agreeing the sale.

Conveyancing - the legal stuff
Our recommended solicitors can leap in to action. They’ll be ahead of the game and prepare an instruction pack promptly; ready to answer all enquiries swiftly.

Progressing the sale
We’ll focus on the progression of your sale to make the entire process less stressful for you. We’ll follow up with your solicitor and the buyer’s, and any other agents in the chain on your behalf.

Exchanging contracts & completion day
This is the exciting part... Signed contracts will be exchanged. The money will change hands and the deeds will be transferred into the buyer’s name. Time to move out and move on.
