Rent collection
We will collect the rent at the beginning of every month and aim to pay our landlords within 7-10 days.
Maintenance
Should any issues arise, we’ll send in our reliable team of contractors as soon as possible to remedy any problems.
Inspections
We’ll periodically carry out property inspections to make sure the tenant is taking good care of your property and that everything is kept in good order.
Regulations
