Speak to one of our recommended mortgage advisors to find out how much you can expect to borrow for your purchase. Getting a mortgage in principle will show that you’re serious about buying too.

Attend viewings

Create lists of the properties that take your fancy and choose viewing times that suit you. We’ll show you around, tell you everything you need to know and let you in on any quirks of the property.

Make an offer

Once you’ve homed in on the property that’s right for you, make an offer and get that sale agreed. We’ll help put your offer across in the best possible way so that the seller has a clear understanding of your position.

Instruct a solicitor & mortgage provider

Lock down your mortgage and get the ball rolling on all the complicated conveyancing stuff. We can help offer a recomendation to a well trusted and proactive solicitor.

Exchange & complete

Once everything goes to plan with your surveys and finances, it’ll be time to exchange contracts and complete before you know it. Pick up your keys and pop a cork!
